Can I Change / Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately after you place your order, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Our warehouse team processes orders right away, so this doesn't leave any time for order changes.

Please make sure all information is correct before clicking order! If you made a mistake, you can follow our returns process to return the item within 30 days of delivery. We are not liable for any mistakes in the order or accidental/fraudulent purchases.

Delivery Issues

Touch of Trending is not liable to replace/refund missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help, however please note this is not always possible.
